Cholesterol screening is offered at SSWC and can be drawn at our office.  We do not treat patients with high cholesterol, but we can send your lab results to the provider of your choice.

This important screening tool can identify patient's at increased risk for developing heart disease as well as peripheral artery disease and stroke.

Your provider will let you know the appropriate time to begin screening, and what interval the screening needs to be done based on your results.

A healthy diet low in cholesterol and fats along with a regular exercise program can help control cholesterol and lipid levels in most patients.
