• SSWC provides in office fetal testing for patients with obstetrical risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, prolonged or post-term pregnancy, twins etc.

• A Non Stress Test or NST is performed in our office using a fetal monitor.  It evaluates the baby's response to movement by providing a continuous tracing of the fetal heart rate.

• The test usually only takes about 15 minutes and can be scheduled in conjunction with your OB appointment.

• You may be scheduled once or twice weekly for this test.
